Psychotherapeutic Modalities & Training
I integrate ideas from both Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative Therapy into my art therapy practice.
- IFS methods help you connect with different parts of yourself to understand and shift protective patterns, process trauma, and build greater compassion for yourself and others.
- Narrative Therapy methods explore the stories you carry about yourself and your life. They examine how relationships, culture, and systems have shaped these narratives, and help you re-author them in ways that honour your strengths, values, and hopes.
Art therapy interwoven with these approaches, can foster greater self-compassion and more empowered relationships with the world around you.
